: ô no one said that any of the things which he possessed was his own, but they had everything in commonö (Acts 4:32).

Who had everything in common? What were those things? Money?
Material things? Only that?

: ôThere was not a needy person among them, for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them;...and distribution was made to each as any had needö (Acts 4:34-35).

Who were these people? What motivated thier actions? Who did they
share with?

: ôI do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of equality your abundance at the present time should supply their want, so that their abundance may supply your want, so that there may be equalityö (2 Corinthians 8:13-15).

Read 8: 3,4, & 5. Especially vs. 5. Read 9:1 and tell me what these scriptures have to do with your agenda. This ministry was by the
saints to the saints. You want a verse? Try verse 9:7 -
"Let each one do as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver".

Does that call out against organized "equality" or what?

: So much for "godless" communism!

"Religion is the opiate of the masses." We fundamentalists must be
taking this one out of context. You hypocrite! The U.S.S.R. thwarted
any attempt at freedom of religion at every step of it's godless
existence - and you know it. They tortured and killed Christians. I
know people that were there after the carnage. Do you know that
there are many villages where all the God fearing males were
killed? Many villages emptied of thier men because of "godless communism" which you are so cavalier about.

Hypocrite!

All these scriptures listed above come from a book that Mike
does not believe. The Bible (which Mike rips these scriptures
out of context from) speaks of Jesus Christ, His miracles, His
Diety, and His death and resurrection on our behalf. Mike has
expressed in postings on other boards that he doesn't believe
the Bible when it mentions these things. Why then, does he give
it any credence whatsoever. It is ONLY to support a man made
system which is focused squarely on that thing he cries and
screams about the most - money.
