Robert, you are a kind caring person. The world does need more people like you. I understand, respect and for the most part agree with what you have said. I do not, on the other hand, agree with all of what you said. You said that man can not change the world and that man is not, for the most part, good. Jesus was a man. Yes, He was the son of God, but He was still a man. A great, loving and vulnerable man. A man who, with all He was up against, single handedly, changed the world. He knew He could have failed, as any man, but He persisted.
What I am saying is that if we do as Jesus, if we see this world and see that it needs to be changed, if we want it, need it and if we persist, we can change the world. And if one man, like Jesus or Moses or Budaah or Ghandi or Martin Luther King or you or me, want and can change the world than imagine what we all could do. God doesn't change the world, man, woman and child do. God just made the world and He made us and He watches us, but we change it.
Robert, keep on believing, keep on thinking, keep on loving, and keep on changing this world. God loves you.
Oh, Robert and anyone else please write me. We can exchange views maybe we all can change this world together. wponcy@bendnet.com
Thank you all,
-William Poncy
