Back in 1985 while on a hay ride with family and friends,(mostly kids) we desided to visit our local Mcds., the kids were singing in the back of the wagon when we drove up to the window. The person on the machine told me that she would not serve us unless the F_ _ ing kids shut thier mouths. With that I jumped out of the wagon and went in to see who would treat a happy bunch of kids in this manner. When confronted the person at the counter said it had been she that had talked to us that way. She was the manager of that shift. She gave me her name and the following day I made a visit with an attorney. After 3 months of investigations and interviews with the kids that were old enough to understand what had been said, it was settled out of court. I recieved a monitary settlement and all concerned went on a very nice trip to Disney the following spring.Needless to say everyone was more than happy.
