After all, the toilets (hell, the whole restaurant) was built by working people, as was the sewage treatment plant, the doors and countertops of the place. And the soapbox. I guess we need no permission to use any of these things; after all they have been stolen from us anyway!
And urine isn't as bad for the environment as removal of bio-diverse habitat to make room for bovine monoculture and gated "communities" for the rich.
