17 week when we had, about the 19th April. It says.... Have

22 MS. STEEL: I want to refer to both. It is the bit about the
23 19th April. It is in the third statement, in paragraph 8.
24 It is just something I left out. I asked how it was that
25 you managed to get down that there was not any meeting when
26 Mr. Pocklington said that there was a meeting and that
27 there were 7 people present and you were one of them, and
28 it was said that it did not actually say in your notes that
29 there was not a meeting, it just said about answering a few
30 letters. But if you look at your statement it says, at the
31 very last sentence of paragraph 8: "No meeting was in fact
32 held because no one else arrived"?

34 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you need to make that point, because Mr.
35 Pocklington says that Mr. Claire was there among a number
36 of others?

38 MS. STEEL: It was just because it was something that came up
39 that he did not actually say it in his notes, but it does
40 say it in his statement. That was your interpretation of
41 the notes when you made your statement, yes?
42 A. That would have been.

45 A. Well, from looking at those notes compared to the
46 others, yes, that would be my interpretation.
