MR. JUSTICE BELL: I see there are some extra statements there.
Do I need to know anything about those?

MR. RAMPTON: I am sorry, my Lord. They will go in the new
yellow X, which I think your Lordship said should be XA.
I cannot remember now off the top of my head where your
Lordship said it should start, but they will go in that X.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will have a look at those in due course.

MR. RAMPTON: Those are the two Canadian statements.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are you going to call your witness
straightaway, Mr. Morris, because there are a couple of
things I would like to raise? The first is, have we now,
effectively, reached the end of your live witnesses on
       employment?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, except for those two Canadians, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, because I remembered when I got back to
my room -- otherwise I would have mentioned it before
I left court -- what I had said about registering, which
Civil Evidence Act witnesses are to form part of the case.
So I wonder if I could just check that now?

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If we start with XIIIA, which is XIII,
rather, yellow XIII; am I to take it that all those are to
be read as part of your case?

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, that is right, except Mr. Mehigan has now
       given evidence.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I will cross him out.

MR. RAMPTON: That is so far as employment is concerned.
I shall not ask your Lordship's leave to read any of those
out. I ask your Lordship to read them as part of the
       evidence for the Plaintiffs.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Then I would like just to look at yellow X
and XA. XA, for me, starts with the beginning of
       section F.

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is Mr. Tindale's statement.

  MR. RAMPTON: That is right.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Divider 31.

MR. RAMPTON: The two Canadian ladies could be either 39C and D.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I have at the moment, which I have added
onto the printed list, 39B, James Atkinson. We did raise
