     5   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Yes, I have something to say first.  The
     6        parties must be in court by half past 10 if it is a 10.30
     7        start, by 2 o'clock if it is 2 o'clock, and so on.  If
     8        there are any problems you can tell Mr. Styles, my clerk,
     9        or tell me.  But you must be in court on time.  If you
    10        need more time, then we will think about it.

    12   MR. MORRIS:  We were in court at 10.30, but there was a
    13        complication with a lot of documents.

    15   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  That was not my understanding that you were
    16        in court at 10.30.  It has to be by 10.30.  If you arrive
    17        at 10.30, we do not start until twenty five two and so on.

    19   MR. MORRIS:  There are some documents we have served on the
    20        Plaintiffs and we have some copies for yourself.  These
    21        are Defence documents, Cancer Miscellaneous Supplementary
    22        Lists, there are 11 items; most of them are ones given to
    23        us by Dr. Barnard when he arrived over the weekend and
    24        there are a couple that were given to us by Geoffrey
    25        Cannon, because the last one, the booklet Diet and Cancers
    26        and the World Health Organisation Executive Summary (which
    27        was No. 1); I think the rest are from Dr. Barnard.  Yes.
    28        No. 3 was given to us by Geoffrey Cannon as well.

    31        Dr. Barnard.
