Chef V 1.8

Welcome to "Chef" the simple kitchen application. 

Chef is still free! All you need to do to get rid of the nag screen is send 
five recipes to my CIS MAIL, so try it out and send me some comments 
(good ones I hope). My Compuserve number is 73303,3532.

Your favorite recipe  must be free of Copyright Restrictions  so that I may 
use or publish them in later versions  of Chef. 

Since the last version there has been a lot of changes to Chef. Here are 
some of the features of Chef V 1.6 :

	- It collects your favorite recipes and lets you multiply or divide   	 
	  them to accommodate your current needs. You can make dinners 	 
	  for 2 or feed a banquet of 600, all with the push of a button.

	- NEW! Eight user definable categories to organize your recipes.
	- NEW! Install Chef in any directory a MsgBox will ask for the path.
	- NEW! Cut, Copy, Paste between categories makes moving recipes 
	  simple.
	- NEW! Displays full screen, to make reading easier.
	 
Chef will be valuable in the home as well as any volume kitchen.
For the home chef this application can let you enter recipes from your 
favorite book or magazine just as they are, and size them to your needs.

Installation:
 
There are four files missing from this packages they are rather large and 
depending on the other programs running on your computer may 
already be there. VBRUN300.DLL should be located in your 
Windows\System directory, if not it's available from Winshare Forum
INDEX library VBRUN3.Zip
VBDB300.DLL, MSAJT100.DLL, MSAES110.DLL should also be in your 
Windows\System directory if not they are also available from Winshare 
Forum INDEX library MSA11.ZIP.

Unzip Chefv16.zip in any directory.
Unzip missing files to "Windows\system" directory.
Use Program Manager to create a new Icon for chef, double-
click the Icon.

Known Problem:

In all categories record (1) cannot be deleted. To customize use the
Copy, Cut or Paste functions.
