	The interface to this CD-ROM is written in HTML 4.0 and
	therefore needs a version 4 Web browser to view it. 
	If the interface did not start up when you inserted 
	the CD, you can access it by opening \menu\index.html
	within your browser. If you don't have a browser
	installed, you can find several in the \Browsers 
	directory of this CD.  

	The programs contained on this CD-ROM are intended for 
	Windows95/98, Windows3.1, and Macintosh. They are located
	in the PROGRAMS directory, which also contains a 
	directories for e-mail and FTP clients (EMAIL), the
	free programs (FREE), and the downloads reviewed in the 
	magazine (DOWNLOAD).
