THIS REGION WAS FORMERLY THE TRAILER PORTION OF REGION 5031 (N26W38). NEWLY ASSIGNED REGION 5041 (N15E78) EMERGED AS AN H-TYPE SPOT LATE IN THE PERIOD. IB.
