Beginning in mid November the Auroral Activity products will be expanded to
include data from the NOAA instrument on board the European MetOp satellite.
As part of this upgrade the format of the Hemispheric Power Index files on
the FTP site will change to improve readability. The files impacted are
power_2007.txt (and future years), pwr_1day, and pwr_1day_bak.txt.

The new format for text lines is the same in the three files.
