Option	Description
Options	Opens the Project Properties dialog box to enter iTunes and author information. See Add Metadata.
M4V subtype	Select the bandwidth and dimensions for the video: Select 320 x 240 dimensions for playback on an iPod or in iTunes. Select iPhone (480 x 320) for playback on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or in iTunes.
