2. Brief Introduction Of Project Unit

Liangshan Tourism General Corporation, situated at the foot of Water Margin Liangshan , was built in August, 1992. This company is one of the state-owned enterprises.

3. Project Contents

Water Margin Liangshan is the birthplace of the famous novel-Out Laws of The Marsh. Liangshan Scenic Spot was classified one of provincial level scenic spots. In order to expand the effect of Shuihu Culture, the company is planning to exploit the tourism resource in all aspects. Many a scenic spot, including Shuihu Camp, Apricot Village, Shuihu Street, Wushu Town, Shuihu Culture Town, Horse-running Ground, Wushu-exercising Ground and infrastructure in the spot zone, will be build according to agenda.

4. Investment & Capital Raising

Total investment will be US$ 14,000,000; the proportion of investors is to be negotiated. The cooperation period is 20 years.

5. Economic Results

When the project has been built, annual income will be US$ 2,400,000. All investment will be recouped within 6 years.
