2. Brief Introduction Of Project Unit

Liangshan Hongzhi Middle School, set up in 1994, employs 231 teachers and staff who serve 45 classes in which 2,362 students study presently. In 2002, 278 students passed the national entrance examination, thereinto, 166 students enrolled by undergraduate colleges and 78 students by training schools. This middle school won many honors such as í░Advanced Private Senior Middle Schoolí▒ú¼í░Jining Advanced Experimental Teaching Schoolí▒and so on in the past few years.

3. Project Contents

With the school's reputation raising, the number of students who want to study in Lingshan Hongzhi Middle School increase rapidly. Present teaching scale can't meet social demand any more. The school made a requisition of land totaled more than 300 Chinese mu in western Liangshan suburb in June, 2001, they intend to build teaching building, apartment, dining-room and necessary facilities occupying an area of 40,000 square meters.

4. Investment & Capital Raising

Total investment will be US$ 16,000,000; Chinese partner has invested US$ 4,500,000. The corporation expects foreign partner to invest in cash. The cooperation period is 20 years. Investment amount and proportion will be consulted.

5. Economic Results

When the project has been built, the new school can hold 9,000 students. Annual income will be US$ 6,000,000 and the profit can come up to US$ 3,000,000. All investment will be recouped within 6 years.
