I have added moldynam.avi which is a 20 second clip (340kbytes approx)
which shows a molecular dynamics run.  Ignore the science - particularly
since the peptide bond rotation energy was an order of magnitude too low!
A coordinate set was produced on a stardent Titan and the display was done
using software I wrote some years ago for a S.G. Iris - this gives you
perspective, depth cuing, lighting models etc.  Yesterday morning I
adapted this software to generate Windows Bitmap format screen shots after
each iteration.  These 100*24bit bitmaps were taken straight into
Vid4Win and trimmed down to 8 bit (using an optimised pallette).  The
orginal bitmap files took up about 25Mbytes on Aggies hard disc!!!
