As a member of this dynamic, results-driven HR Team, you will manage
all HR functional areas for our engineering or manufacturing organizations.
Specifically you will be responsible for effectively managing an innovative
and successful recruiting process. You will also identify and resolve employee
relations issues and provide coaching/guidance to engineering managers and
employees to maximize individual and organizational performance. Additional
HR project management in the following areas may be required: training,
compensation, benefits and compliance. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated
experience as a strategic business partner in leading and implementing successful,
innovative HR initiatives which support the attainment of business objectives.
You must be an "out of box" thinker with a can do, positive,
influencing and flexible approach to managing multiple, competing priorities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact
at all levels within the company are essential. 7+ years professional experience,
3-5 years minimum in a management role. Excellent core HR knowledge in
a small to mid-size, high-growth ever changing environment. Proficient
with computer packages, i.e. Word, Excel, HRIS. Bachelor's degree required,
Master's degree desired.
