This is also a very versatile exercise in that the more fit you are, the higher the chair should be. If you’re really out of shape, try to find a stool around five inches high. Here is the way you should do it: Step up with the right foot, then bring the left foot up, step down with the right foot, then bring the left foot down. With each additional step up, you should alternate feet. Be sure to keep your back straight. This exercise is especially fun to do to music. -- part contents for background part 12 ----- text ----- Fit or Fat? -- part contents for background part 27 ----- text ----- 04029241 -- part contents for background part 26 ----- text ----- • WHOLE EARTH • HEALTH • FITNESS • Exercise -- part contents for background part 32 ----- text ----- X -- part contents for card part 62 ----- text ----- Menu -- part contents for card part 63 ----- text ----- 3 of 4 -- part contents for background part 38 ----- text ----- card id 42392 -- part contents for background part 39 ----- text ----- card id 177004 -- part contents for background part 40 ----- text ----- stack "WHOLE EARTH" stack "HEALTH" card id 32268 card id 58852 -- part contents for background part 35 ----- text ----- card id 58852 -- part contents for background part 36 ----- text ----- card id 241976 -- part contents for background part 37 ----- text ----- card id 237230
