To use this program you must have Windows 3.1 and the file
VBRUN300.DLL installed in your Windows or Windows\System
directory. You should create a directory to hold The Baby Book
files.  Unzip the files into that direstory and then you can run
The Baby Book program from File Manager or Program Manager, or
you can create a Program Item in within a Program Group on the
Windows Desktop.
