Installing a new version of PowerCache

If  you  already  have a prior version of PowerCache installed, and you are
using  the Locale system (Workbench 2.1 or later), then you must re-install
the  locale  files.  New strings are being added to PowerCache's vocabulary
all  the  time,  and  the  version  string is also contained in the catalog
files.   So  please let the installation programs install the locale files,
even  if  you  have  already done so in a previous installation of an older
version.
