FRENCH LEXICON FOR CETUS SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS

BY THE INSTALLATION OF THIS LEXICON ON ANY COMPUTER THE
USER ACKNOWLEDGES AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS LICENSE.

This lexicon is distributed as freeware to users of any of
the Cetus text editors and word processors. However, this
lexicon is NOT public domain software. It is copyrighted
software, protected by United States copyright law and by
international treaty provisions.

Cetus Software Inc. grants you a limited license to use
this software in conjunction with Cetus Software programs
at no cost to you. However, you may NOT attempt to use
this software with any other program, NOR may you rent,
lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except
as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
this license.

As freeware, this lexicon may be FREELY distributed to any
person or institution expressly agreeing to abide by the
conditions of this license. NO CHARGE may be made for any
such distribution beyond the nominal cost of the actual
distribution media.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall inure to the
benefit of Cetus Software Inc., and any successors,
administrators, heirs, and assigns. Any action or
proceeding brought by either party against the other
arising out of or related to this agreement shall be
brought only in a state or federal court of competent
jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of
said courts.

INSTALLATION

Installation of this lexicon WILL overwrite user-specific
lexicons used previously (e.g., Uignore.tlx, Usuggest.tlx,
etc.), and WILL overwrite previously installed language-
specific lexicons (e.g., SsceAm.tlx, SsceBr1.clx, etc.) of
the SAME language, but will NOT overwrite previously
installed language-specific lexicons of OTHER languages.

If you wish to preserve any or all previously installed
lexicons, it is STRONGLY suggested that you back them
up before proceeding with this installation.
