LiteStep Version 0.24.0 Install Info

If you are upgrading from a previous version it is recommended you do a
fresh install.  This is because so many things have changed.  If you are
running Litestep please shut it down first and rename your old directory
or something similar otherwise it will not be able to override the files
in use.
