this theme is an original creation by dockmaster at pages.sssnet.com/dockmaster or

this theme consists of cursors, icons, wallpaper, sounds, and logos.
it does not include a screensaver, but i have many orginial screensavers
on my site.

as with any desktop theme you will need microsoft plus!, or a subsitute, to use them.  
i recommend desktop architect for installing themes so you'll see
the gradient colors as i intend you to see them
it's also a quick way to delete sounds or change cursors if you don't
like and/or want the ones i've chosen.
