Clicking, Dragging

Entering and leaving a tag is done with mouse click.

If the cursor is outside of a tag, on dragging the mouse over a tag, the text selection will be corrected to complete elements.

If the cursor is inside a tag, on dragging outside of the tag, the cursor returns inside the tag.

In both cases, the working mode remains.
