Options

Browsers

Browsers opens the Browser dialog. Anansi doesn't mind testing with multiple browsers simultaneously, that's why there are checkboxes so you can check which of your installed browsers will be used while testing.

Font

Click and select the font to be used in the editor windows.

Editor

Editor brings up a multipaged settings dialog. Most of it is rather advanced.

Tools

You can add third-party applications to a dedicated Tools menu, that will appear as soon as you installed the first application. The Tools options at the Options menu will open a listbox showing you all the applications already available. To add a new one you need to press the Add button. There's nothing really to it, just give the name you want to see in the menu, browse for the filename and press OK. Available Tools window

URL Dialog

I you want to work fast, you don't need unnessesary dialogs. So I've made them optional. However, the URL dialog is helpful if you're working with frames or JavaScript messages in the statusline of your browser. The URL Dialog takes two JavaScript messages: one for when the mouse is over the URL and one for when the mouse leaves the URL.

Image Dialog

Again, I hate dialogs but just in case you work a lot with align settings or special values for the border, Anansi offers an Image dialog.

Rule Dialog

Short for Horizontal Rule the Rule Dialog helps you making rules with a special width, size or alignment and lets you turn off the shadow.

Wordwrap

Some people like to have no wordwrap. Ok, it can be done.

Retain Open Files

Why those clumsy last opened files menu's? When you're working with webpages, you're usually working with several files simultaneously. Check Retain Open Files and all open files will automatically load the next time you start Anansi.
