Copy a PC floppy disk into an image and vice-versa

Create an empty 21MB harddisk image for MESS' PC driver.
Use to make two images (e.g. hd1.img and hd2.img) and calling
mess pcmda dos622.dsk hd1.img hd2.img
will boot from a floppy disk 'dos622.dsk'.
You have to fdisk the images (and fdisk /mbr the first) and
format them. Drive C: should be formatted with 'format /s'.
