Educational Talent Search

Students in the Talent Search (TS) program have the opportunity to put the pieces together by exploring career options, visiting college campuses, learning study skills, applying for college/financial aid/scholarships, and participating in the ACT/SAT test preparation. All services are free to qualified participants.

Talent Search is provided at McGregor School by a federal grant through the Department of Education. The purpose is to:

  • identify youth with potential for postsecondary education
  • encourage them to continue and graduate from secondary school
