About sending a file for review

In Microsoft Office XP and later, you can use the Mail Recipient (for Review) command to send a file for others to review. When you send a file for review, a review request form is created automatically with the following:

When a reviewer receives the file, the reviewing tools are enabled and displayed. The files returned from reviewers automatically prompt you to merge changes. You can then use the reviewing tools to accept or reject the changes. Once you've received all feedback from the reviewers, or once you decide to stop accepting feedback, you can choose to end the review cycle.
