This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. You must be using Microsoft Windows XP or later.
I want to change my password, and I cannot find the Change Password button.
Note You can also use the Change Password button on the Windows Security dialog box by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL. For more information, see Windows Help.
The Stored User Names and Passwords dialog box stores the user names and passwords that you use for authentication when you access different network resources including a Microsoft Exchange server. If you try to connect to a different mailbox in the same domain, the logon may fail because the user name and password that are already stored may fail to provide access to the mailbox that you are trying to connect to or it may provide access to the mailbox but with a different set of permissions depending on the permissions that were available for the previously used account. In this case, you will be prompted to provide the new set of credentials for logon or incorrect credentials may be used.
To resolve this problem, you can do one of the following:
Delete incorrect entries in the Stored User Names and Passwords dialog box.
Configure the security settings to always prompt for user name and password.
Resolve the user name for the mailbox.
