High School Principal Search for the Anna Local Schools
Anna High School is a proud, high achieving school with a rich tradition. The district has been highly rated on state report cards. Over 85% of the students in the high school typically participate in extra-curricular activities, many of which are competitive at the state level. The school system is blessed with a high level of interest and support from the Anna community.
The Anna High School and Middle School are housed in one 6-12 building with a separate 6-8 Middle School Principal. Most grade levels in the school system are between 95 and 105 students with approximately 330 high school students attending classes on site. Anna Schools are a member of the Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua. There are 23 teachers in the high school, eight of which are shared with the middle school.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- The willingness to work with staff, students and parents cooperatively.

- Background and experience with the integration of technology into curriculum.
- The ability to supervise staff, promote professional growth, and OTES certification.

Compensation and Terms of Employment
The successful candidate will be offered a multi-year contract with a competitive salary and benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
