MCalc was developed and compiled using the Palm 3.5 SDK. It has been tested only on PalmOS versions 3.3, but should theoretically run on older version of the PalmOS. You should be ok with 3.0 and later, but any thing less than 3.0 is probably pushing it. Try it out anyway ;-). It runs fine on my Palm V, which runs PalmOS 3.3.

To use, simply enter the following information:
Finally, click the Calculate button and your estimated monthly payments will be calculated. Click the Clear button before performing another calculation. That's all there is to it. No need to run out and buy a mortgage calculator before buying a house.
Feel free to forward this application to a friend as long as the entire zip file, as you received it, is included. I just want the recipients to have the documentation so they understand that this is Beta software, and not a very polished application yet.
