Subject to the provisions of WV Code º18A-5-8 no person employed and assigned to aide/autism mentor positions or specific aideá positions may transfer to another position until the beginning of the 2015-2016 instructional term.á Personal Care aides may be scheduled to assist with varying students at the discretion of the Special Education Director.á Employees must have passed the competency test of a classification title or be fully qualified to fill the vacancy in posted classification categories of employment.
