PROTECTION TYPE
On a standard DOS 3.3 diskette:
- Change of markers: D5 AA 96, AA DE EB, D5 AA AD, AA DE EB
- Volume 100
DISK COPY
- Launch Advanced Demuffin 1.4
- Insert Stargate in drive 1
- Insert a blank (volume 254) diskette in drive 2
- Press B to boot and get the RWTS of the game
- Copy disks
REMOVE THE PROTECTION
Launch your favorite disk editor
Reset the right markers at the right place:
- T0/S2/9E: AA => DE
- T0/S2/A3: DE => AA
- T0/S3/35: AA => DE
- T0/S3/3F: DE => AA
- T0/S3/91: AA => DE
- T0/S3/9B: DE => AA
- T0/S6/AE: AA => DE
- T0/S6/B3: DE => AA
Tell DOS 3.3 the disk volume is 254:
- T0/S1/EB: 64 => FE
- T1/S9/66: 64 => FE
- T11/S0/66: 64 => FE
