Song Position Pointer
Message to set the song position pointer value. This internal register
counts the number of MIDI beats (1 beat = 6 MIDI clocks). This register
will be incremented upon receiving of every 6th Timing Clock.
Data is send in the following form:
11110010 Song Position Pointer
0lllllll LSB value
0hhhhhhh MSB value
Transmission will take 0.96 ms.
