  Message on specific channel to set the omni mode off. This also switches
  off all notes.

  Data is send in the following form:

    1011nnnn    Channel Mode; n=Channel [0.15= Channel 1.16]
    01111100    Omni Mode Off
    00000000    dummy entry

  Transmission will take 0.96 ms.
