Key Pressure

  Message on specific channel to control the key pressure.
  Channel pressure applies to specific note on specific channel.

  Data is send in the following form:

    1101nnnn    Channel Pressure; n=Channel [0.15= Channel 1.16]
    0kkkkkkk    Key [0.127]
    0vvvvvvv    Pressure [0.127]

  Transmission will take 0.96 ms.
