The second half of Johann Sebastian Bach's 48 preludes and fugues from The 
Well-Tempered Clavier Volume I. I got these from alt.binaries.sounds.music
newsgroup, where they were uploaded by brtravis@merle.acns.nwu.edu 
(Bryen Travis). See another archive for the first half of Book I, and a
third archive for the 24 preludes and fugues of Book II.
  
The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth format by my program
MIDI Surgeon, which will be published in the Jan/Feb 1994 issue of GS+
