The first half of Johann Sebastian Bach's 48 preludes and fugues from The 
Well-Tempered Clavier Volume I. I got these from alt.binaries.sounds.music
newsgroup, where they were uploaded by brtravis@merle.acns.nwu.edu 
(Bryen Travis). See another archive for the second half of Book I, and a
third archive for the 24 preludes and fugues of Book II.
 
Also included is a replacement instrument file for the standard Piano.Bnk.
When I played the songs, the low C on the harpsicord sounded quite sour.
A small change to the instrument fixed the problem. You will need to add
the standard Piano.Wav wavefile.
 
The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth format by my program
MIDI Surgeon, which will be published in the Jan/Feb 1994 issue of GS+
