WeatherMate 1.0   By Mike Murphy
        Unzip Weathermate into any directory and put Threed.vbx 
        into the windows system directory. Program needs VBrun300.dll
        To run program go to file section and run weamate.exe.
        The program is simple to run. Just select which option you want
        and then put in the numbers e.g to get Mb just put in the inches 
        of Mercury( e.g 29.91. Make sure you use the decimal)
        The three command buttons are Calculate which you use to calculate the
        your conversion The new button which clears all txtboxes so you can start
        a new conversion and the exit button.
