[around $800 - $900] This program is the same program used by many Amiga users for years and it is now available for the PC and other platforms. ie: DEC Alpha and other processor types. I have not heard of any future MAC support. If you've ever seen Babylon 5, Sea Quest, or Space Above and Beyond, this is the program they use. Second is Adobe Premiere v.4.0. This is the program we used to splice all the seperate clips together and overlay sound. This program is very intuitve and can great results with the minimum of fuss.[around $400] Third are a two Pentium 133's, one Pentium 120, one 486\66 and an arsenal of RAM and Hard drives. If you're running Windows NT Lightwave will hum even on the 486, just be sure to have a minimum of 32 megs of RAM. Unfortunately running Lightwave under Win 95 does'nt offer the same performance as NT. The program is designed for Win 3.11 and NT. Fourth, a little imagination and a whole lot of patience. Rendering some scenes can take hours even on the fastest machine. This gives you plenty of time dream up your next scenes. All inquiries and comments are welcome
