Making Money with Industrial Prose & Magic 컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴 Industrial Prose & Magic is the world's first commercial MUD system. We would like to see the creation of a whole new MUD industry that will allow people like you and me to make a living by creating imaginary interactive worlds. Maybe we'll call each other "fantasists". There are currently three ways that you can earn a second income with Industrial Prose & Magic: (1) by running a subscription-based MUD, (2) by participating in our referral program, and (3) by desigining pre- made worlds for our new line of IP&M add-on modules. The first method is fairly straightforward. The second and third require some explaining. Throughout 1994 and 1995 (and beyond, if it goes well) we have a referral program for our customers. If you have purchased IP&M, and a new customer identifies you specifically as deserving credit for the sale, we will pay you a $50 referral fee. This means that you should add some login information to your system that describes what IP&M is, where they can get more info on it, and that they should mention you by name when purchasing it. (Note: Continuum Software is handling the referral program for the US and Canada. Our international distributors are handling it in their respective territories). Second, we are beginning to publish a series of pre-made IP&M worlds for sysops that don't want to start from scratch. We are currently accepting freelance submissions from our customers.
