The graphical cursor.
Standard VGA, SuperVGA or Hicolor SuperVGA have no cursor support. That is
why it is supported in the file GETSYS.PRG. This file is a standard file
in the Clipper 5.x package. A simple loop is implemented so the cursor will
be shown in graphics mode when a GET is active.
