Amiga Flame - News - Atrophy, Atrocity, Enigma and Enigma
Atrophy, Atrocity, Enigma and Enigma
Lets try and sort out a problem which has left most games users with a headache.
Remember over a year ago we saw the first preview of a game from developers Intersect Development. The games graphics were superb with it being Aga and going at 50 frames a second. The only problem was that it`s release date kept falling back and back.
Then all of a sudden it changed it`s name to Atrocity but then the following month is the confusing part. It either changed its name to Enigma or publisher OTM now had a new game. Well here is what happen, internal fighting within Intersect Development ment the game was getting delayed. Any way one of them left and set up a new compay called Centillion and has now made Enigma which will be published by OTM.
Although OTM will not be publishing Atrocity any more Intersect Development will be continuing to make games for the Amiga.
Enigma is also the title of a new game from Australian author Peter Spinaze. It runs at 50 frames a second is a puzzle type game. There is previews in Amiga Format and Amiga Computing if you want more info. At the moment he is currently looking for a publisher but I doubt he`ll have any problem finding one.
