Brief: To produce a CD-Rom which contained important safety information to educate utility workers in the United States as to the value of detecting buried utilities prior to digging. The disc contains features about the technologies available and technical guideance about their use in the field. The disc contains custom animation and video clips, as well as comprehensive technical information.
