Technical Information:

1) There is a known problem with the 8514 video drivers and large font
option on some video drivers.  Operation is not affected but the 3D
look of certain windows is impacted.  Try another option.

2) Wirehead is comprised of Microsoft Video for Windows (AVI) files.  
These files require tremendous system resources.  Do not run any
other programs while WIREHEAD is running.  In addition, for best
performance insure that you are using a permanent swap file.

3) Although Wirehead requires 256 color video or higher for best
results set your display driver to 640x480 at 32K colors or above.
All images are stored on the disk at 16 million colors.

4) If you experience problems with one display type try another, some
video board drivers work better with AVI files than others.

5) We recommend using an MPC(tm) compatible sound board and if the
music on this disc sounds odd try setting your midi mapper in control
panel differently.

Wirehead was created not only to showcase artists work,  but view it as it
should be in an actual gallery. Although computer art has been around for years,

of new software,  faster computers and the zest to explore creative boundaries,
a new generation of artists are coming of age.
