twAddGlobal( xInGlobal )

Add Global Variable definition to the internal TSDWIN stack.
Arguments:
xInGlobal - 'X' Anything you wish to store in the global stack may
be passed as a parameter.
Return:
The handle of the global variable, ie., the length of the global
stack.
Example:
twAddGlobal( "w+/b,gr+/r,,bg+/b,n/w" )
