 twACSpotOn( nSpotNo )

     This function reinstates the active mode for mouse hot spots which
     have been previously disabled. See twACSpotOff() for a complete
     description of programming methods.

       Arguments:

     nSpotNo  - 'N' Handle  of the hot spot to be enabled.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twACSpotOn( 3 )
