twOKMouse()
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A logical to determine if the mouse has been installed and is
operating. This logical is set by twMouseInit()
Arguments:
None.
Return:
TRUE if the mouse is installed and operational, otherwise FALSE.
Example:
IF twOKMouse()
DO WHILE twMBRelease( 0 ) == 0
ENDDO
ENDIF
