 twMGetYorn( cMessage )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     A sample custom function defined with the internal TSDWIN mouse
     region array. It has no effect other then to loop until 'YES' is
     clicked on.

       Arguments:

     cMessage - 'C' A message to display in the window.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMGetYorn( "Press 'YES' to proceed" )
