 twMFree()
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     twMFree() releases all restrictions on the placement of the
     mouse cursor imposed by twMConfine(), twMXConfine() or
     twMYConfine().

       Arguments:

     None.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMFree()
