twMakeRegions( aRegions )

     Create window coordinates for the current window from an array of
     passed coordinates. This function is handy for more than just
     mouse regions.

       Arguments:

     aRegions - 'A' array of regions.

       Return:

     Array of regions referred to the current window as origin.

       Example:

     aRegions := twMakeRegions({{ 24, 0, 24, 12 },;
                                { 24, 14, 24, 22 },;
                                { 24, 24, 24, 35 }}
